PUBLIC HEARINGS TO BE HEARD BY COUNCIL ON MAY 21, 2014

(The first Public Hearing was tabled from the last City Council meeting on May 7, 2014

1) Petition for Special Use Permit for an “Automobile station (including accessory convenience store not
five thousand (5,000) square feet in floor area), provided that: (1) No pump islands and associated service aprons or drives are located within ten (10) feet of any street lot line or within twenty (20)feet of any “R” District; and (2) The entire service station complex is visually screened from adjacent property of any “R” District,” located at 11570 St. Charles Rock Road, as provided in the Bridgeton Zoning Ordinance under Section 410.130.E.2.d of the B-3 Travel/Entertainment Services District. Petitioner: Buck’s Inc.

2) Petition for Special Use Permit for a “Tobacco Accessory Shop” at 11415 St. Charles Rock Road, as provided in the Bridgeton Zoning Ordinance under Section 410.130.D.2.bb of the B-2 Community Business District. Petitioner: Superpuff Vapor Emporium

3) Petition to amend Special Use Permit Ordinance Nos. 70-68 and 94-51 for a “Liquor Store, packaged goods only” in conjunction with an authorized service station and car wash at 12218 St. Charles Rock Road, as provided in the Bridgeton Zoning Ordinance, under Section 410.130.D.2.i of the B-2 Community Business District. Petitioner: Lion Petroleum Inc.

4) Petition for vacation of the right of way of a portion of Boenker Lane located along the frontage of addresses 13020 Boenker Lane, 13037 Boenker Lane and 13323 Boenker Lane as depicted on the attached site plan. Petitioner: Bridgeton Landfill, LLC and Bridgeton Transfer Station, LLC
