PUBLIC HEARINGS TO BE HEARD BY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 4, 2013

1) Petition for Special Use Permit to allow a “Machine shops and metal products manufacture, when equipped with heavy (exceeding fifty (50) ton pressure) punch presses, drop forges, riveting and grinding machines or any other equipment provided performance standards made a part of this section are not exceeded for noise, vibration, smoke, odors, heat, glare or fire hazards” located at 35 Corporate Woods Drive, as provided in the Bridgeton Zoning Ordinance under Section 410.140.B.2.at of the M-1 Manufacturing District, Limited.
